Angle participated in a public “charrette” organised by Look! St Albans as part of its public consultation process for the wider redevelopment of its Hertfordshire House site in St Albans. The public held over the 10/11th September attracted over 160 people.
Angle has secured planning for the redevelopment of 67-75 Sycamore Road, Amersham, to provide 35 private residential units and circa 8,000 sq ft of A1 retail space. Demolition and construction will start in the near future.
Angle has secured outline planning consent for 83 residential units at Rivernook Farm, Walton-on-Thames. The scheme incorporates 41% affordable housing and 13 acres of public open space.
Angle has secured detailed planning consent for a 78 unit PRS scheme with integral petrol filling station at 262 York Road, Battersea. The scheme will incorporate 14 discounted market rent units.
Angle started the public consultation process for the wider redevelopment of its Hertfordshire House site in the centre of St Albans. A two day public meeting was held to gather feedback on proposals for the residential and commercial masterplan.
Angle has exchanged contracts to sell Marsham House, Gerrards Cross, to a private investor. Angle will be retained as development manager on the 50 unit private residential scheme.
