Angle Property is pleased to announce it has secured operators for further Phases of its Olney Park development.

Olney Park is an 11-acre mixed-use development on the northern edge of Olney, an historic market town in North Buckinghamshire. Angle is proposing care home, foodstore, day nursery, drive-thru and a range of commercial uses to service the town and wider area.

Infrastructure for the park was completed in early 2022 and plots are now available on a freehold and leasehold basis.

Planning has now been secured for the care home Phase and a site sale has been completed to Kingsley Healthcare who are a long-established, family business with an excellent reputation and track record in the care sector.

Sale contracts have also been exchanged with Aldi for a new foodstore for the town. This comes 3 years after Angle developed a new Sainsbury’s unit on a nearby plot. The town previously had virtually no foodstore provision and so the proposed Aldi will complement the recently opened Sainsbury’s to provide a full offer to local residents on their door step.
