Angle Property secure two more lettings at Clink Street scheme
Angle Property have completed two further lettings at the newly refurbished Victorian warehouse scheme at 1 Clink Street SE1, close to Borough Market and London Bridge.
Following the letting of the 5th floor (2,747 sq ft) to The Clearing Consultancy in November, the 4th floor (3,049 sq ft) has been let to Blackburn & Co Project Services on a new 5 year lease at £59.50 psf and, the 3rd floor (3,045 sq ft) let to Global Accounting Network on a new 10 year lease with 5 GLoyear break at £56.50 psf.
Strong interest remains in the 1st and 2nd floors which Angle expect to lease quickly given the shortage of supply in this popular and vibrant location.
