Our experience is in both single and multiple buildings of varying design and specification. We understand the needs of occupiers in achieving bespoke buildings and the balance of specification/cost in speculative construction. Increasing demands to achieve strong environmental criteria and to create an appealing workplace require knowledge and commercial flair.


A core sector from previous activities with schemes of mixed size on a pre-let and speculative basis. Key principles in layout, density and specification require experience and an understanding of current occupier demands. This sector also tends to entail greater environmental remediation and our experience from previous developments enables us, together with our professional advisors, to take pragmatic and commercial decisions to bring forward relevant remediation strategies.


The focus of previous retail development has predominantly been supermarkets with major occupiers in this sector such as Waitrose, Sainsbury's and Tesco. The same planning and technical skills have also been applied to smaller unit schemes with associated public realm.
