Angle has exchanged contracts to acquire Bugle Nurseries on Upper Halliford Road in Shepperton. The 11 acre site is currently used for a mixture of commercial and residential purposes.

Angle has sold its 21 acre site at Rivernook Farm in Walton-on-Thames to Bellway Homes for in excess of £15m. The site has outline consent for 83 residential units with 41% affordable housing and 13 acres of public open space.

Angle has commenced demolition and subsequent construction of its retail and residential scheme, Regent Place, Sycamore Road, Amersham. The project will deliver 8,000 sq ft of retail space and 35 apartments ready for occupation during the autumn of 2018.

Angle has acquired Kingsmead Business Park on Howland Road, Thame, Oxfordshire from Tesco Stores Ltd. The 10.5 acre site comprises approximately 120,000 sq ft of office and industrial premises, the majority of which are let to DAF Trucks and Kubota UK.
