The site will provide a retail development, with main entrance fronting on to the existing car park at the north of the site, adjacent to Station Roundabout. The development is to be built behind the striking 1938 retained existing façade which is to be refurbished.

Redhill is approximately 19 miles south of Central London and seven miles north of Gatwick. Redhill is well connected by road. The town is served by the A25 and A23 and is situated two miles south from junction 8 of the M25. Rail services run from Redhill railway station to London Bridge and London Victoria with journey times of 28 minutes.
