Angle has reserved 9 out of 13 units at the launch weekend of the Phelps House, St Margaret’s apartment scheme. The newly finished apartments all have private car parking.

Angle has sold the freehold interest in the retail investment at Phelps House, St Margaret’s to LaSalle Investment Management for £7.735m which reflects 5.25% NIY. Angle has taken a peppercorn 999yr lease back of the 13 residential apartments and car parking as part of the sale.

Movers & Shapers, a niche gym and health club operator, has taken 5,000 sq ft at lower ground floor level on a new 15 year lease at Phelps House, St Margaret’s, at a rent of £47,750 per annum.

Angle has secured revised planning consent for 5 industrial units at The Heights, Stokenchurch, totalling 60,000 sq ft.

Angle has sold their freehold 1.5 acre Axis site on Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead for £1,300,000 to SME Corporation Ltd.
