CareUK, one of the country’s leading carehome providers has signed an agreement with Angle to build and operate the facility if planning is approved. Angle has completed the unconditional purchase of Rectory Farm in Kings Langley from a private seller. The 20 acre greenbelt site is partly developed and let on short flexible leases. Angle intend to promote the site for residential development.
